Quick take: A new forever favorite and a prime example of why Meg Shaffer has earned a spot on my auto-buy favorite author list. The writing is humorous, entertaining, intriguing, clever, and thoughtful. Genre-bending but full stop wonderful and magical. A love letter to the ways books can change us and the importance of the written word.
There’s too many wonderful quotes to share them all but let me just say, my book is tabbed and annotated to the gills and I wholeheartedly recommend it! This book is worthy of being annotated in pen, which is my ultimate stamp of honor.
