November & December 2023: Fun National Holidays
Live each day to the fullest - there's always a reason to celebrate!
Wishing everyone a Happy November! In case you’re new to my newsletter or website — two things you can expect to hear about are fun silly holidays and lots of books.
Everyday is a cause for celebration and that’s why I love featuring fun and silly national holidays every month. I hope everyone had a Spooktacular Halloween and an October that was filled to the brim with Fall goodness. I love Fall and all things spooky and above all, I love being cozy! We visited a pumpkin patch in October and plan to visit an apple orchard in November - because making apple pie with fresh apples is so much fun!
I love sunny days but am not a fan of the heat — I’m so glad it’s finally sweater weather. Give me a cozy blanket any day of the year and I’m a happy camper. I’ve been enjoying the cooler days and watching the leaves start to turn brilliant shades of orange and red, and we officially kicked off fireplace season last month {our cats are thrilled about that last one}!
Here’s a few holidays that I’m looking forward to this month:
11.1 | National Family Literacy Day
11.1 | National Author’s Day
Important Reminder 11.5 | Daylight Saving Time Ends
11.3 | World Kindness Day
11.23 | Thanksgiving
11.28 | National Day of Giving
I’m sharing the list for November and December below for those of you that enjoy planning early. I plan to share the 2024 holidays as early as possible and will also plan to share a few months at a time in advance for happy planning!
Holidays I’m looking forward to in December:
12.4 | National Cookie Day
12.9 | Christmas Card Day
12.15 | International Tea Day
12.15 | National Cupcake Day
12.24 | Christmas Eve
12.25 | Christmas Day
12.31 | New Year’s Eve

What are you celebrating this month?
Almost all of the fun national holidays listed fall on the same day each year but please note that some change from year to year. Check in often because I create a new list to make sure you have the latest every month!
